أن الأهداف الأساسية لفكرة مسابقة افضل موقع إلكتروني في لبنان تناغمت وتداخلت مع الأهداف السامية التي تعمل لاجلها كل من شركة مايكروسوفت وجمعية المعلوماتية المهنية بي سي اي ما أدى بهاتين المؤسستين الكبيرتين ليس إلى تبني فكرة هذه المسابقة ورعايتها  فحسب بل إلى مشروع اكبر وتعاون اوسع واقامة تحالف يجمع مسابقتنا مع المسابقة التي تنظمها سنويا ال بي سي اي وتعلن نتائجها في معرض المعلوماتية في مركز بيروت للمعارض ( بيال ) 

أهداف المسابقة التي ينظمها تجمع المهنيين والتقنيين في لبنان:

تهدف إلى:  تشجيع روح الإبداع والتطوير في المجالات التكنولوجية ذات الصلة ولا سيما لمطوري ومصممي صفحات الويب

دعم فرص العمل التي تعود بالفائدة العلمية والمالية على مصممي المواقع الإلكترونية

تشجيع كافة القطاعات في لبنان السعي للحصول على موقع إلكتروني مصمم في شكل لائق

تشجيع كافة القطاعات على دخول العالم الإلكتروني واعتماد الاقتصاد المبني على المعرفة الرقمية

مواقع الفئات والقطاعات المرشحة لدخول المسابقة

مواقع المصارف والمؤسسات المالية , مواقع المؤسسات التجارية بما فيها التجارة الإلكترونية , مواقع المؤسسات التعليمية والتربوية , مواقع مؤسسات الأزياء وتصفيف الشعر , , مواقع المؤسسات الحكومية والإدارات العامة والبلديات , مواقع المؤسسات الاستشفائية والصحية , مواقع المؤسسات الصناعية وتتضمن كل الصناعات ولا سيما المشروبات , مواقع المنظمات الدولية بما فيها وكالات الامم المتحدة والسفارات والقنصليات , مواقع المؤسسات الإعلامية والإعلانية بما فيها شركات الإعلان ووسائل الإعلام المرئية والمسموعة والمقروءة , مواقع المنظمات غير الحكومية والهيئات الأهلية والأحزاب , المواقع الفردية , المواقع الرياضية

وتتضمن النوادي الرياضية وكل ما يمت إلى الرياضة بصلة, المواقع السياحية وتتضمن الفنادق والمطاعم ومرابع التسلية والترفيه , مواقع مؤسسات قطاع النقل الجوي والبحري والبري وتتضمن شركات الطيران وشركات بيع أو تأجير السيارات وشركات النقل الجوي والبحري والبري

الجوائز التقديرية للفائزين :

تقدم للفائز الاول عن كل فئة أو قطاع جائزة التمثال الذهبي / مجموع الفائزين بالمرتبة الاولى حسب الفئات والقطاعات ( 14 )

تقدم للفائزين الثاني والثالث عن كل فئة أو قطاع ميداليات فضية وبرونزية / مجموع الفائزين بالمرتبتين الثانية والثالثة ( 28 )

بالإضافة إلى تسليم جميع الفائزين البالغين ( 45 ) فائزا شهادات تقدير في المناسبة

جائزة الشرف للأفضل الأفضل من الفائزين بمسابقة

خلال معرض المعلوماتية  التي تنظمه جمعية المعلوماتية المهنية  في صالة معارض بيال والتي سيتكلم عن هذا الحدث أمين سرها الاستاذ كابي الديك

تاريخ البدء باستقبال المواقع وتاريخ الانتهاء ومكان وزمان حفل التسليم

ابتداء من يوم السبت الموافق 20 آذار 2004  نبدأ باستقبال المواقع الراغبة في المشاركة بالمسابقة على أن يقفل باب الاستقبال يوم 20 من شهر تموز المقبل تمام الساعة الثانية عشر ليلا / لتبدا لجنة التحكيم في تقييم المواقع من يوم 21 تموز ولغاية 21 من شهر آب 2004 وتعلن النتائج في حفل كبير يتخلله تسليم الجوائز التقديرية للفائزين في قصر الاونيسكو يوم السبت 4 أيلول 2004 تمام الثامنة مساء

أما بالنسبة إلى المعايير المتبعة لتقييم ووضع علامات المواقع المشاركة فهي :

 البنية وعليها 30 % من العلامات وتتضمن :

تسلسل المضمون وتركيبه , الخصائص الوظيفية , سهولة التصحف , ومقاسات عرض الوصلات واتساعها , التفاعلية في الموقع التي تؤمن تجربة ثمينة ومثيرة للاهتمام , سهولة التحكم , الإنتاجية , القدرة على التواصل والتكيف

 الفكرة والابتكار وعليها 30 % من العلامات وتتضمن :

الأفكار المبتكرة غير المنسوخة , حلول أصلية للتفاعل

 جمال التصميم وعليها 20 %  من العلامات وتتضمن :

التطبيق الملائم لمعايير التصميم لجهة الانسجام , التوازن , تناسق الألوان وتبيانها ,

تفاعل النوع والصورة , التصاميم اللاحقة , الربط البصري بين الصفحة الرئيسية والصفحات الداخلية مع احترام هوية الموقع

 مهارات تقنية وعليها 20 % من العلامات وتتضمن :

الاستخدام الموفق والملفت للنظر لتطبيق البرمجيات الخاصة , توافق التصميم ومكالمته مع الأنظمة

Microsoft and APTL announce an innovative competition aimed at honoring the best Lebanese-created websites and their designers

The Assembly for Professionals and Technicians in Lebanon (APTL) and Microsoft today launched the Lebanon Web Awards competition, an innovative local competition that aims at honouring the best Lebanese-created websites and the individuals and teams behind them. The competition, that started today and will continue until January 20, 2004 is open to all companies, web designers, web developers, and students in the country.

"We are proud to announce a unique competition in Lebanon and the Middle East, a competition dedicated to encourage local organisations to develop their websites and to use information technology as a very important tool for communication," said Pierre Moukarzel, President of APTL. "Technology is becoming more mature and less expensive as it becomes a part of everyday life, so we decided to launch a competition that could be an opportunity for local web design talents to show the best they can do."

The main objectives of the competition are promoting innovation, intellectual property rights, and the development of a digital ecosystem. The competition also aims at encouraging all sectors to embrace the digital world and a knowledge-based economy.

"We are pleased to be offered the opportunity to sponsor this competition and to continue our role in supporting Lebanese talents. The Lebanon Web Awards is a competition that is sure to help Lebanese businesses and individuals realize their full potential," said Charbel Fakhoury, General Manager of Microsoft East Med.

"We are sure this competition will provide the timely support to web developers working as individuals or teams for different sectors in Lebanon. The Technical Committee that will decide on the winners of the competition consists of judges from Microsoft Corporation and a group of universities professors and high technical institutions and specialists in the concerned field.

The top three website designs in the following twelve categories: Industry, Commerce, Services, Personal, Tourism, Media, Education, Governmental Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations, International Organizations, Press and Banking, wins an award.

Application for the competition is free through the competition's website. The deadline for accepting applications is January 20, 2004, and the award presentation ceremony takes place on February 23, 2004, at the UNESCO Palace.

The Assembly of Professionals and Technicians in Lebanon was established on the 25th of January 2001, to form a body of professionals and technicians from all various specializations who are not members or the beneficiaries of any social or financial assistance offered by the government or any other body, union or syndicate. The assembly is not in contradiction with neither the government nor any of its institutions or any union or syndicate.
